Combining years of healthcare experience and personal passion, we built OSSO as a one-stop solution where doctors diagnose and lead every treatment plan, physiotherapists guide recovery, and advanced technology supports both - so bone, muscle and joint problems are treated seamlessly. About the Founders

Kunal Kishore Dhawan : Co-Founder & CEO

Kunal is a second time healthcare founder, having built India’s 2nd largest EMR platform for doctors in his first entrepreneurial stint. A post-graduate in Biotech and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, he has headed the Condition Management business at Dr. Reddy’s Labs, and has also worked with a global pharma giant. He was also a Venture Advisor with one of the top venture funds from India – Blume Ventures. He is passionate about building in Indian healthcare, and seeks to disrupt the Indian orthopaedic landscape through OSSO.

Avani Shukla, PhD : Co-Founder

Avani Shukla, a biology enthusiast, brings 10 years of experience as a consultant, educator, and research scientist in building impactful healthcare ventures. She founded OSSO to transform orthopaedic care and Warriors Connect, a mental health peer-support community, aiming to improve treatments, patient experiences, and India’s healthcare ecosystem.
