About the Founders
Kunal Kishore Dhawan : Co-Founder & CEO
Kunal is a second time healthcare founder, having built Indiaโs 2nd largest EMR platform for doctors in his first entrepreneurial stint. A post-graduate in Biotech and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, he has headed the Condition Management business at Dr. Reddyโs Labs, and has also worked with a global pharma giant. He was also a Venture Advisor with one of the top venture funds from India – Blume Ventures. He is passionate about building in Indian healthcare, and seeks to disrupt the Indian orthopaedic landscape through OSSO.
Avani Shukla, PhD : Co-Founder
Avani Shukla, a biology enthusiast, brings 10 years of experience as a consultant, educator, and research scientist in building impactful healthcare ventures. She founded OSSO to transform orthopaedic care and Warriors Connect, a mental health peer-support community, aiming to improve treatments, patient experiences, and Indiaโs healthcare ecosystem.
